it is korean + english.
basically korean and english mixed together.
you are using some words in english and some words in korean when you are talking.

for example:
you are a babo - you are a/an idiot/dumb

these days, konglish is using english words into korean contexts.

for example:하이(ha ee) - hi
피자 (pee ja) - pizza

so when someone says the word konglish, either way is right ^^
